Free, wanderlust, happy, scared, creative, careless…pretty much sums up where my minds been since coming home to Hawaii nearly 2 week’s ago. Just shy of my 30th birthday, I needed this move. Aside from missing all of the friends I’d left behind, I wouldn’t say I was miserable in FL, but it was just all too familiar. In other words, my routine & the mundane had gotten the best of me. I needed a reset. I needed sun, surf, family, mountains & scenery, I needed home. The crazy thing about Hawaii’s the familiar feeling you get when you come back as it’s almost like you never left, as if time just stands still here. And it’s not just the familiar places but also the people.
It’s been a great inspiration being here surrounded by so much beauty, so much, that I’m also working on a little release to pay homage to this great land. As in typical style though, when I began to work on it creativity flowed and I ended up with a lot more ideas which (who knows) just might turn into other mini drops. I’ll take it one step at a time. The release date’s pending but you’ll see something within the next few months. For now, just take a look at one of the beaches we’ve been frequenting to get an idea of what I’m talking about. I can’t wait to show you guys the type of influence living here will have on SP:
